About Castlegar Civic Works

The primary function of the Civic Works department is to build or to oversee the building of infrastructure within the City. Some of the projects included in our area are: municipal buildings, roads, sewers, waterlines and parks. Our second but no less important function is to maintain all of the City facilities in a manner which will keep them both safe and efficient.
