  • Council approved Temporary Use Permit 3/21 to allow the operation of a winter shelter for up to 13 persons at 1660 Columbia Avenue in alignment with the City’s recently adopted requirements for emergency housing.  The Temporary Use Permit expires September 1, 2022.
